- Do not return the product until you receive confirmation from Swarchi.

**Refund Process**
Refunds will be processed once the product is received in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice. If these conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible.
For online payments, refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from receipt of the returned product at Swarchi’s warehouse.
*Domestic Orders:* For orders within India, a full refund will be issued. Online payments will be refunded within 7-15 working days. For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments, refunds can be made via cheque or online transfer (NEFT).
- If a cancelled cheque is provided with the return, the refund will be processed within 7-15 working days via NEFT.
- Without a cancelled cheque, the refund will be issued via cheque sent to the address provided at the time of ordering, which may take up to 30 working days.
**International Orders:**
Currently, we do not offer refunds for international orders, except under the following conditions:
- We will accept returns of defective products and provide a refund after inspection and approval by our QA team. No shipping charges will be applied for the return of defective products.
- If our logistics partner is unable to deliver the product due to customer unavailability, we will refund the amount minus any incurred costs, including shipping and customs fees.
